What is the return policy?
One-of-the-kind items are not refundable nor returnable once opened. If you recieved a wrong product that is not in order nor as a freebie, please email me at destiny@sakeozo.com and we will figure something out.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, please give me from 1 to 3 days to pack up your order and make a trip to the post office. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, holidays, government, and external stuff.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of them were made right here at my home, unless a product description stated otherwise!
